You can replace 1 cup of cake flour with all-purpose flour.

1 cup of cake flour = 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour + 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. (So for each cup of called for cake flour, you subtract 2 tablespoons of flour and substitute with cornstarch).
