4 chicken breasts, skinless & pounded thin
Salt & pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1 package mushrooms, sliced
Jar of favorite pasta vodka sauce
Fresh basil, chopped
Mozerella cheese
1 box of linguini
Salt and pepper chicken breasts. Sautee over medium high heat in 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil in a large sautee pan until brown on both sides and just cooked through. Remove from pan. Add onions & cook until soft. Add mushrooms. Cook until just soft. Add jar of vodka sauce. Add basil. Cook 5 minutes. Place chicken breasts in sauce. Slice cheese over chicken breasts. Serve over fresh cooked linguini.
